As soon as my young were old enough, they left home and this prompted me to do something with the years I had left. I wanted to go back to the role at one point but all positions were full time. Courses in personal training was the next advert that was shown to me. I completed sessions at my local gymnasium and this prompted me to go for the course. Bit by bit, my dress size soon went down to what it used to be. I began to feel on top form and healthy again, raring to go for a brand new challenge.

Size doesn’t matter that much if you want to become a personal trainer. As long as you have lots of enthusiasm and you can encourage people that don’t. Reading the site, I discovered that just 50 miles away, there was going to be a class. I decided not to waffle and enrolled for the course. I went to the lessons and instantaneously knew that I had done the right thing. The test was really easy and I achieved full marks. For those that say age, is a hindrance, they were incorrect when it come to this course. I wanted to put my qualification to use so started looking for a place so that I could set up business. Being a personal coach is wonderful, think confidently, go for it, everybody will benefit.
